Return & Refund Policy

At Nifty Finds, we prioritize your satisfaction. Please read our policy carefully to understand when and how returns, refunds, and exchanges are accepted.

Returns

Returns are only applicable in the case of wrong or defective items delivered, differing from what was ordered.

·       You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a return or exchange.

·       Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition received.

·       We will verify your return request and confirm the error before proceeding with the exchange.

Our team will arrange a rider to collect the incorrect item(s) and deliver the correct ones as specified.

Refunds

Refunds are only applicable under the following circumstances:

·       The item(s) you ordered are out of stock.

·       Your delivery location falls outside our shipping zones.

If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method within 5 working days.

Sale Items

Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale items are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered in the following cases:

·       The item delivered is defective or damaged.

·       You received a different item from what you ordered.

All exchanges must be requested within 7 working days of receiving your item. During sales periods, exchanges may take slightly longer due to higher order volumes.

 Shipping

·       Local orders: Delivered within 24–72 hours, excluding Sundays.

·       During sales: Shipping may take up to 7–10 working days due to high volumes.
