Delivery Timelines

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

·       Nairobi & surrounding areas: Orders are processed and delivered within 24–48 hours (Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).

·       Rest of Kenya: Delivery typically takes 2–3 working days.

You'll receive a confirmation message from a member of our team before your order is dispatched.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on your location. Before completing your purchase, the exact delivery cost will be shown at checkout — no surprises.

 If you're unable to find your location during checkout, feel free to reach out — we’ll be happy to assist.

Backorders

In case an item is temporarily out of stock, we’ll ship the available items first and send the rest as soon as it’s back. You won’t be charged extra for the second delivery.
